The Soul Care Cycle
Each phase mirrors one of God's searching questions — an invitation to stop hiding and start healing.
"Where are you?"
Name your story. Identify what you're feeling in your body, your emotions, your fears, and your deepest unmet needs.
"Who told you that?"
Trace the belief driving your fear. Identify the lie at its root, the probable truth underneath it, and the truth God declares over you.
"What have you done?"
Name what you've turned to instead of God. Then craft a guided prayer — built from your own words — surrendering it back to Him.
"Where are you going?"
Move from reflection to action. Commit to specific next steps and choose soul wellness habits to carry you forward this week.
